How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@everheal.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with the appropriate return address for our EU-based warehouse.


Return Conditions

  • You must request your return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (used items may still be accepted if returned within the guarantee period).

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Returns must be sent to the address we provide via email after your request is approved.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Important Notes

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

  • Please do not return items without contacting us first — returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted.
